Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for leading the quality assurance effort for our products. Will be working closely with the development team to ensure that the products meet the highest quality standards.

Provide technical expertise on quality
assurance and quality control - Coordinate and execute projects,
including setting up process flows, identifying and documenting potential
issues, generating testing strategies, developing and maintaining test scripts,
and providing valuable QA feedback to developers
Analyze product and process
specifications and procedures
Identify and recommend major
improvements to procedural and business processes
Develop quality assurance standards and
processes
Perform other duties as assigned
Recommend changes or improvements to
existing processes, methods, and technologies that improve product quality,
safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction
Develop and conduct test plans and test
cases, including test scripts, results, execution, shared responsibilities,
deadlines and test environment
Implement test plans and test cases, and
supervise inspections and testing of components, sub-assemblies, or for
packaged software
Develop test cases based on requirements
and implement test plans to assure software meets project specifications and
design
Perform exploratory testing with a focus
on identifying and documenting defects
Review defects and test logs to identify
root causes and suggest solutions for improving testing, documentation, and
process improvement
Perform research and write new test
cases
Document test data and results
Understand product lifecycle concepts
and participate in the test planning process

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor s degree from any discipline

- More than two years proven experience as an QA specialist in a fast-paced environment

- Expert knowledge of technical design processes, flowcharting techniques, and code compliance

- Strong attention to detail

- Previous experience in quality assurance or similar field.

- Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance.

- Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards.

- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Effective written and verbal English communication skills

- ISO experience.

Certificate in quality assurance is a plus.
