Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Establishing a quality management system according to ISO 9001/2015 standard.
  • Follow up implementation of Q.M.S to ensure all requirements of ISO 9001/2015 standard are implemented effectively.
  • Monitoring Quality documents control, internal quality audits plan.
  • Improve and develop Q.M.S continuously.
  • Continuous awareness for all employees for ISO 9001/2015 standard and its new versions.
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints in co-operation with related divisions.
  • Follow up issues for any non-conformity.
  • Upgrading the Internal Q.S Auditors level.
  • Analyze the quality data collected and create the relative charts and graphs.
  • Reporting the result of internal quality audit before the Management Review Meeting.
  • Preparation and follow up the result of the Management Review Meeting.
  • Perform the internal auditing cycle start to end,based on policies & procedures
  • Perform ongoing audit for the operations function for quality assurance purpose

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Ability to define problems, collect data,establish facts, draw valid conclusions and provide solutions.
  • Interprets a variety of technical information.
  • Experience with manual testing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and precise attention to detail.
  • Position Relationship with Other Parties.
  • Support Function Departments.
  • Education Bachelor of a relevant filed
  • Experience 3- 7 years
  • Computer Skills Basic using for Microsoft office
  • Languages Excellent English language
