Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

A leading personal care products manufacturing company in Dubai is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Control & R&D Manager.


Key Responsibilities

Manage and Lead the QA / QC teams

Should be strong in both Quality Assurance and Quality Control function.

Strong analytical background with instrumentation knowledge - GC / UV / IR / HPLC, etc

Good exposure to QMS and able to manage Regulatory and Customer Audits independently

Impart training and monitor continuous improvement program

Handle Customer Complaints, RCA and CAPA

Prepare and conduct Quality Council Meeting and MRM at regular intervals

Ensure product compliance to Regulatory and Customer requirements.

Responsible for regulatory support, product registrations and dossier preparations

Handle ISO 9001 / ISO 22716 / IAS 17025 / Halal / ISO 22000 audits

Prepare Quality Department MIS

Qualification M. Sc Chemistry / M. Pharm

Experience Strong analytical background with 8 to 10 years in Quality department of a Pharmaceutical company, of which the last 2 - 3 years in Managerial position
