Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues.
- Monitor and report on key quality metrics, highlighting trends and recommending corrective actions.
- Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformities.
- Assist in the calibration and maintenance of testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and facilitating audit processes.
- Train production staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
Up to 3 years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, or a related role within a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with quality management systems and standards such as ISO 9001.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in using quality inspection tools and laboratory equipment.
Basic knowledge of statistical analysis and quality control methodologies.
Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts as required.
