Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • To plan and oversee the various steps involved during order execution to make sure that customer requirements are met.

  • Coordinate the inspections, to ensure product meets the customer expectation.

  • To ensure the technical deliverable including non-material requirements are fulfilled.

  • Responsible for ensuring compliance to the technical requirements of the contract throughout the order execution.

  • Perform incoming Inspection of all B2B order for material arriving in Gerab DXB premises.

  • On time MTC review and reports of stock orders and ensure compliance to the GSSSM, Standard and the client specification.

  • Inspection arrangement & TPI coordination of stock orders.

  • Item creation of stock & Job order as assigned by Sr QC Manager.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from a reputed University.

  • Minimum 4-7 years of work experience in a quality control role in UAE or Gulf region with piping products.

  • Must be familiar with ASTM/API, ASME product standard.

  • ASNT level II certification in UT/MPI/PT.

  • Experience in pipes and piping products.

  • Experience in arrangement of inspection, coordination with TPI and review of certification.

  • Experience in review of standard and client specifications.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
