Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated Quality Control Engineer to join our team and ensure the highest quality standards across our production processes.
- Supervise and guide quality technicians on the production line.
- Monitor product quality during production to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Inspect and verify the quality of final products before shipment to customers.
- Respond promptly to customer complaints and coordinate corrective actions.
- Analyze recurring defects, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive measures.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to continuously improve product quality.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Engineering.
- 0 2 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Background or interest in quality assurance/control is preferred.
