Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures in line with project specifications and international standards

Conduct inspection and testing of materials, equipment, and installations (electrical & mechanical systems)

Prepare and review Inspection Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements, and Quality Procedures

Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and project-specific quality requirements

Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and codes

Ensure quality standards in operation & maintenance (O&M) activities

Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance works for MEP systems

Evaluate performance of FM contractors and service providers

Conduct periodic facility audits, snagging, and condition assessments

Ensure compliance with SLA/KPI requirements in FM contracts

Perform and witness site inspections (electrical, HVAC, mechanical systems)

Coordinate with third-party inspectors and client representatives

Maintain quality records, reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and corrective actions

Ensure proper documentation and handover dossiers

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s Degree in Electromechanical Engineering

Minimum 10+ years of experience in QA/QC

Strong experience in Facility Management (mandatory)

Certifications in Quality Inspection (mandatory)

Knowledge of ISO standards, QA/QC tools, and documentation

Strong communication and reporting skills
