• Lead cross-functional project teams & collaborate with all functions, levels of the organization, customers and suppliers.
• Develop, maintain, and ensure compliance with quality assurance programs, policies, processes, and procedures under ISO 9001.
• Interact regularly with engineering, manufacturing and commercial functions to establish quality standards for raw material, work in process and finished products and ensure sufficient process capability to consistently meet those standards.
• Deliver short-term and-long term results in order to develop and maintain the organization's credibility with the business and build opportunities for the function to add greater value to the business.
• Use business trends and customer needs to develop and manage divisional strategy and build a team operating plan with concrete goals to build competitive advantage.
• Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for the complete execution of quality control processes.
• Satisfy customer demands in line with quality management and in addition makes suggestions on improving production and cost processes, leads in practice.
• QC position supports , coordinates workloads within the Quality Control Department, managing the team, identifying and solving problems, preparation of reports, production targets, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and quality standards and customer requests.
• Perform various activities to back up maintain the workflow in the organization, contributing to the focus of the staff on process improvement.
• Submitting daily, weekly and monthly reports to the relevant managers
• Develops strategies for the improvement of safety, cost, quality, training, inventory and other services.
• Ensures the implementation of quality control processes in order to comply with the Product/Service quality standards.
• Conducting audits on different activities and responsibilities within the organisation for ensuring that task are fulfilled as per global standards and procedures
• Responsible for the preparation, updating and implementation of company documents and procedures.
• Responds customer complaints, controls the flow from the beginning to the end of the process, and provides the relevant internal communication.
• Supports process improvement projects to improve critical process parameters and create stable and repetitive processes.
