Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections of dental laboratory products (Crowns, Bridges) to ensure compliance with established quality standards and specifications.
  • Monitor and evaluate production processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Document and report quality issues, deviations, and non-conformities, collaborating with production teams to resolve them promptly.
  • Perform routine audits of laboratory procedures, materials, and finished products to maintain consistent quality.
  • Develop and update quality control protocols, checklists, and documentation in line with industry best practices.
  • Train and guide laboratory staff on quality assurance procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze data from quality control tests and prepare detailed reports for management review.
  • Assist in the investigation of customer complaints related to product quality and recommend solutions.
  • Ensure all laboratory equipment used in quality control is calibrated and maintained according to standards.
  • Stay current with advancements in dental materials, technologies, and regulatory guidelines relevant to laboratory quality control.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-5 years of experience in quality control or assurance within a dental laboratory or related healthcare manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of dental laboratory processes, materials, and product specifications (crown, brigs).
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Proven ability to identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues efficiently.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards for dental products.
  • Effective communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and quality control tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
