Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Supervision of controls.  

  • Organize and supervise the controls:
    • The reception of the beans
    • The production
    • The finished product
    • To frame quality controls.

Analysis Management

  • Supervise the analyses:
    • Humidit
    • Against visual and sensory factors
    • Physico-chemical and microbiological analyses.
    • To guarantee the reliability of the results.
    • Monitor external service providers.

Non-conformity management

  • Identify and analyze anomalies
  • Decide on the treatment of the products (blocking, rejection, requalification)
  • Implement corrective actions

Application of quality systems

  • Implement the requirements: (HACCP, ISO 22000)
  • D. Define and monitor the critical control points (CCPs).

Monitoring of quality indicators

  • Monitor performance: (Non-conformity rate, Material losses, Complaints)
  • Propose improvement actions

Team management

  • Supervise and train quality controllers
  • Organize the schedules
  • Ensure compliance with procedures

Work ability & documentation

  • Validate the quality records
  • Ensure batch traceability

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or Master's degree (Bac+5) in: agri-food, quality, process engineering
  • Minimum 3-5 years in the agri-food industry
  • Proven experience in field quality control
  • Experience in management preferred
  • Mastery of HACCP principles
  • Knowledge of quality systems (including ISO 22000)
  • Control of agri-food quality
  • Non-conformity management
  • Workplace: Production site located in Naceria
