1. Auditing & Compliance

Conduct internal audits on personnel hygiene, maintenance, cleaning, and production records.

Perform thorough audits on raw materials (quality/expiry) and finished products.

Execute supplier evaluations and audits to ensure food safety throughout the supply chain.

Maintain and update ISO certifications, SOPs, and regulatory documentation.

2. Process Control & Improvement

Implement and enforce GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and GHP (Good Hygiene Practices).

Design and implement procedures for testing, inspection, and process improvement.

Perform root-cause analysis for any quality deviations and manage the corrective action process until full resolution.

Audit product labeling to ensure 100% compliance with LIBNOR and Codex standards.

3. Quality Management System

Maintain accurate and complete documentation systems for all QC activities.

Analyze performance data and vital indicators against quality parameters.

Draft and develop clear quality policies for staff implementation.

4. Training & Collaboration

Identify training needs and conduct sessions on food safety and ISO standards for both plant and administrative staff.

Collaborate closely with Operations, Production, and Purchasing departments.
