• Conduct inspections and tests to verify construction quality and adherence to standards.
• Oversee and instruct a group of technicians and quality control inspectors.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to address quality issues.

• Review and approve quality control documentation and reports.

• Conduct regular site visits to inspect workmanship, materials, and construction practices.

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in quality control or quality assurance within the construction industry.
• demonstrated experience leading quality control teams and supervising major building projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards.
• Experience with quality management systems, ISO standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze complex data and implement effective quality improvement strategies.
• Proficiency in quality control software and reporting tools.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
