Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and documentation in line with company and international standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify, analyze, and resolve quality-related issues promptly.
- Monitor and report on key quality metrics, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions.
- Perform root cause analysis for product defects and implement preventive measures.
- Ensure all products meet client specifications and regulatory requirements before shipment.
- Train and guide production staff on quality assurance protocols and best practices.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet quality expectations.
- Participate in internal and external audits, preparing necessary documentation and reports.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve quality processes and enhance product reliability.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in the textile or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of quality control methodologies, standards, and tools.
- Proven ability to conduct inspections and use quality measurement instruments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with international quality standards relevant to textiles and hospitality products.
- Proficiency in preparing quality reports and maintaining accurate records.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Willingness to work on-site in an office and factory environment.
