Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Implement, monitor and improve the quality management system (QMS)

  • Define and update quality procedures, standards and indicators.
  • Carry out internal and external audits.
  • Identify non-conformities and propose corrective and preventive actions.
  • Train and raise awareness among staff about good quality practices.
  • Ensure regulatory and normative monitoring.

Good knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001, etc.).

  • Mastery of quality tools (AMDEC, 5S, Kaizen, PDCA).
  • Rigor, organization and analytical skills.
  • Good interpersonal and teaching skills
