Quality Control & Compliance

• Support the implementation and monitoring of quality control procedures across pest control operations.
• Conduct inspections of sites, equipment, and materials to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Verify proper storage, handling, and usage of pest control chemicals and equipment.

Reporting & Documentation

• Collect and document data for detailed inspection and post-treatment reports with clear recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
• Assist in investigating client complaints or service non-conformities and support the recommendation of corrective/preventive actions

Training & Improvement

• Assist in training field staff on quality standards, safety practices, and proper documentation.
• Support improvement initiatives to enhance service performance and compliance.

Process Improvement

• Support the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 16636).
• Prepare and organize documentation for ISO audits and follow up on corrective actions.
• Assist in internal and external audits and updating SOPs to align with ISO requirements.
