Developing quality policies, procedures, and procedures, explaining them to the company's employees and workers, training them on them, and motivating them to adhere to them.
- Evaluating the performance of management systems by conducting internal monitoring and auditing of all departments and divisions to ensure their implementation of these procedures and the achievement of quality objectives.
- Working to improve and develop the company's quality procedures and models in a manner that does not conflict with the overall objective, laws, and instructions.
- Issuing regulations and instructions related to the implementation of these procedures and monitoring their implementation.
- Continuously monitoring health and occupational safety conditions in the factory and ensuring their validity.
- Participating in issuing and amending product specifications (final product specifications, packaging material specifications, and raw material specifications).
- Verifying that the inspection of raw materials supplied to the factory is carried out in accordance with the specified specifications, and verifying the quality of the materials used in manufacturing and whether they conform to the specifications, as well as verifying that the products are produced in accordance with the specified specifications.
- Continuously supervise production operations in the factory, the cleanliness of the factory and its surroundings, and the cleanliness of workers, ensuring compliance with quality and food safety standards, and ensuring the application of good practices in manufacturing, warehouses, and laboratories, as well as the implementation of 5S.
- Participate in supplier evaluation and qualification.
- Participate in evaluating the performance of employees and workers in all departments based on their application of quality standards.
- Respond to complaints regarding the product after conducting the necessary tests and investigations.
- Participate in preparing the budget for implementing quality management objectives.
- Implement risk and opportunity management procedures.
- Follow up on the implementation of quality plans, such as the calibration plan, audit plan, pest control program, cleaning and disinfection plan, etc.
- Any other tasks requested within their area of expertise.
- The senior quality assurance/control specialist will deputize for them in their absence.
