Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
job responsibilities: -
Responsibilities:
Supervise all quality control activities within the factory and ensure compliance with local and international standards.
Oversee the implementation of food safety systems (HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP).
Lead the QC team, assign daily tasks, and monitor performance.
Develop and implement inspection and testing plans for raw materials, production lines, and finished products.
Review test results and issue technical reports to senior management.
Participate in internal and external quality audits.
Coordinate with other departments (Production, Maintenance, Warehousing) to resolve quality issues.
Continuously improve and update quality policies and procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements: -
Bachelor s degree in science, Agriculture, Food Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years experience in the food manufacturing industry, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of food safety and quality systems (ISO, HACCP, GMP).
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
.V.Good knowledge of MS Office
V.Good in English Written &Spoken
