The Quality Control (QC) Specialist will ensure that our products and services meet the highest quality standards through rigorous testing and evaluation. This role involves developing and implementing quality control procedures, conducting inspections, and collaborating with teams to resolve quality issues. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and experience with quality control methodologies. They will be responsible for maintaining detailed records of quality control activities, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions. This role is vital in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for high-quality products.

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.
• Conduct inspections and tests on products and services.
• Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with development and production teams to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain detailed records of quality control activities.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Train staff on quality control processes and best practices.
• Continuously improve quality control processes and procedures.

• Bachelor s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality control or quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO standards).
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with quality control software and tools.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Quality Engineer) are a plus.
