Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine inspections and tests on products and processes to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
  • Monitor production processes and workflows to detect deviations and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, non-conformities, and improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in the training of staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
  • Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring all quality requirements are met.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by collecting and analyzing data related to product quality.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions taken.

  • Bachelor s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Science, or Quality Management.
  • 1-3 years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with quality control methodologies, tools, and standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in the payment processing or ICT industry is a plus.
  • Willingness to work on-site and adhere to workplace safety protocols.
