Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished garments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines for the production line.
- Document and report any defects, inconsistencies, or non-conformities found during inspections.
- Collaborate with production and design teams to resolve quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Train production staff on quality standards, inspection techniques, and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and quality control activities.
- Assist in the development and revision of quality assurance policies and documentation.
- Participate in internal audits and support external quality assessments as required.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and customer requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in quality control, preferably within the garment or textile industry.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance processes and inspection methods.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects or inconsistencies.
- Experience in knitting and T-shirts industry
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable quality reports.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements for garments.
- Proficiency in using inspection tools and quality management software.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and upholding high-quality standards.
