Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily quality control activities in the edible oil production and blow molding process.
Ensure all products comply with internal quality standards, food safety regulations, and industry best practices.
Monitor production processes to identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Conduct routine inspections, testing, and quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
Develop and maintain quality control procedures, documentation, and reports.
Work closely with production and engineering teams to maintain consistent product quality.
Train and guide QC team members on quality standards, testing methods, and best practices.
Investigate quality complaints and implement improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations within the facility.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in quality control.
Experience in edible oil manufacturing and blow molding processes is mandatory.
Comprehensive knowledge of quality control standards, techniques, and methodologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage quality systems, inspections, and documentation effectively.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Additional Requirement:
Must be willing to relocate to Pointe-Noire, Congo.
