Responsabilit s :

• Carry out quality checks on parts and products according to predefined criteria.
• Use CMM machines for precise measurements, including programming the machines for specific operations.
• Operate 3D scanners for product scanning and analysis.
• Analyze measurement results and write control reports.
• Manage the monitoring and analysis of compliance control data (de facto management).
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality processes.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure product compliance.

Required skills:

• Significant experience in the use of CMMs, including programming, and 3D scanners.
• Proficiency in associated quality control software.
• In-depth knowledge of reading mechanical plans.
• Experience in aeronautics or automotive in a quality control position.
• Knowledge of quality tools (e.g. inspection plans, statistical tools, etc.).
• Good command of French and English, both spoken and written.

• Stop production whose deviation leads to non-compliant products.
• Stop a delivery whose deviation leads to Non-Compliant products.
• It is authorized to isolate and remove from production any device whose calibration validity limits are exceeded.

Search profile

• Degree in metrology, mechanical engineering, physical measurement or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Rigor, attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
