Quality Controller Ali & Sons

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality checks on all vehicles and report findings to the Body Shop Manager and Foreman daily.
• Inspect vehicles to ensure they are properly cleaned and free from polish marks, dirt, and stains before forwarding them for washing.
• Verify body panel alignments, including bumpers, fenders, bonnets, and headlight adjustments.
• Ensure all fault codes are cleared by coordinating with the respective sections (VW/Audi/Porsche/Skoda).
• Conduct continuous quality inspections by monitoring job progress in the paint section.
• Identify paint defects and recommend preventive measures to avoid reoccurrence.
• Notify the Foreman and Service Advisor of any issues found during quality checks and maintain detailed inspection records.
• Test vehicles as part of the quality control process to confirm that all reported jobs are completed to standard.
• Ensure proper handover of vehicles to the next section or Service Advisor, with signed acknowledgment for tracking purposes.
• Take full responsibility for the quality of all vehicles leaving the premises, ensuring excellence across Mechanical, Electrical, Body, and Paint areas.
• Perform additional duties as requested by the Body Shop Manager.
