Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for archiving the documentation.
- Administrative tasks of the Approvals cycle.
- Manage, organize, and maintain all company documentation in accordance with established policies and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing, retrieval, and archiving of physical and electronic documents.
- Coordinate document flow between departments, ensuring proper version control and document integrity.
- Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
- Support audits and inspections by preparing and providing required documentation.
- Implement and maintain document control procedures to ensure consistency and security.
- Monitor document lifecycle, including creation, approval, distribution, and disposal.
- Generate regular reports on documentation status and compliance for review.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in Documentation Administration, Records Management, or a similar role.
Previous Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry is a Plus.
Aware of good documentation and archiving practice.
SAP User is a Plus.
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
