Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Your Role: Quality Management:
- Implement and maintain the Quality Management System aligned with international standards
- Plan and conduct internal audits and support external audits
- Manage corrective and preventive actions including root cause analysis
- Ensure document control and quality record management
- Support supplier quality and continuous improvement initiatives
Environmental, Health and Safety:
- Implement and maintain the EHS Management System
- Identify and control occupational health, safety, and environmental risks
- Ensure compliance with local EHS legal requirements
- Lead incident investigations and emergency preparedness activities
- Promote safety culture and employee awareness
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in engineering or related discipline
- 5+ years of experience, with at least 3 years in Quality and/or EHS
- Experience working with regulatory authorities and certification bodies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- High integrity and attention to detail
- ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 Lead Auditor or Implementer is a plus
- NEBOSH International General Certificate or equivalent is a plus.
