Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are recruiting a Junior Document Quality Officer to work in an aeronautical environment, supporting production approval and document management processes, while respecting customer quality requirements.
Your mission
- Extract and analyze APO (Organization Production Approval) files from client drives
- Review documents according to the processes and rules defined by the client
- Processing old and new customer documents
- Analyze APO files and their documents using the APO Change reader.
- Manage document retrieval efforts by contacting document owners
- Ensure quality control of documents throughout the publication process
- Check and validate the updated documents and files
- Manage document translations
- Apply the requirements of the EN 9100 quality management system
