Roles & Responsibilities

What You ll Do

  • Design, develop, and execute test cases for RESTful APIs and web applications.
  • Identify, document, and report defects clearly and effectively using Jira.
  • Perform both manual and automated testing using tools such as Selenium, Postman, Cypress, and Playwright.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, providing input on quality-related matters.
  • Continuously improve testing processes and frameworks to enhance efficiency and coverage.

Desired Candidate Profile

As a Quality Engineer with strong expertise in testing RESTful APIs, designing test cases, and applying effective testing techniques, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products by working closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment. This role offers the opportunity to work with modern automation tools and frameworks, contributing to both manual and automated testing initiatives.

What You ll Need

  • Strong experience in testing RESTful APIs.
  • Proven skills in test case design, defect reporting, and diverse testing techniques.
  • Good experience with automation tools, especially Selenium.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Postman.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bonus: Experience with Cypress, JavaScript, and Playwright.
  • Awareness or knowledge of IT security best practices as defined by ISO/SOC or similar.
