Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the quality manager in establishing, implementing and maintaining the quality management system.
  • Interface with engineering and operation to ensure transfer to production new products in accordance with approved data.
  • Support the quality controllers to ensure that products and processes comply with relevant requirements of the QMS.
  • Analyze nonconforms, corrective and preventive action to respond to customer complaints.
  • Root cause analysis and implantation of corrective action for process related concerns.
  • Responsible for planning and organizing internal audits either on products or on processes.
  • Assist the quality manager in developing training to build quality awareness.
  • Assist the quality manager in making analysis reports to achieve the different quality targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
  • Strong understanding of quality engineering principles and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of sheet metal manufacturing processes and materials.
  • Proficiency in quality control tools and techniques (e.g., statistical process control, FMEA, 8D).
