Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and company specifications.
- Analyze quality data, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions to address process deficiencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and supply chain, to resolve quality-related issues.
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance reports, ensuring timely resolution and implementation of preventive measures.
- Prepare and present detailed quality reports to management, highlighting key metrics and improvement opportunities.
- Support the introduction of new products by establishing quality control plans and conducting validation testing.
- Train production staff on quality standards, inspection techniques, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement projects to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry certifications.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a quality engineering or quality assurance role, preferably within the electrical or manufacturing industry.
- Experience conducting audits, inspections, and root cause analysis.
- Proficiency in using quality management software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and industry best practices.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
