Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
- Monitor and maintain quality assurance processes across all operational areas to ensure consistent performance and compliance.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and root cause analyses to identify and address deviations or nonconformities.
- Develop, implement, and update quality control procedures and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, industry regulations, and internal quality policies.
- Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality-related issues.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor s degree in engineering.
- (0 1) years of experience in quality operations, quality assurance, or manufacturing.
- Solid understanding of quality management systems (QMS), ISO standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
