Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop inspection methods to analyze product quality, also deploy and flow standard inspection procedure for each product and according to its application.

  • Ensure products adhere to company and industry quality standards
  • Ensure compliance to customer standards and specifications
  • Document results and findings after inspections are carried out
  • Implement a working system to ensure conformity and accuracy in the production process
  • Disassemble product parts to inspect them individually
  • Monitor production operations to ensure conformance to company specifications
  • Direct assembly adjustments to ensure operations reflect quality standards
  • Ensure products meet customer expectations based on company objectives
  • Maintain calibration of quality control equipment
  • Identify areas for quality control improvement and implement new methods accordingly

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree Manufacturing/Mechanical/Production engineering or equivalent from reputable universities in a related field experience preferred, 3- 5 years

  • Proven experience as a quality management, control and inspection in the same industry preferred
  • Proficient in computer and Microsoft Office applications, good knowledge about SolidWorks is preferred
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and quality tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work efficiently in a team environment
