Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures for printing and packaging operations.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
Analyze quality data, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions to address process deviations or product defects.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to resolve quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement.
Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including inspection reports, quality records, and corrective action logs.
Train production staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices to foster a culture of quality throughout the organization.
Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives to address customer complaints and internal non-conformities.
Monitor and verify the calibration and maintenance of inspection and testing equipment.
Support the implementation of new technologies and process improvements to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements in all quality assurance activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
5-7 years of experience in a quality engineering or quality assurance within the printing, packaging, or manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and standards.
Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and relevant ISO standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality documentation.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Proficiency in using inspection and measurement tools relevant to printing and packaging.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Willingness to work on-site in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.
