Description

Your mission


As a quality and training engineer, you will play a key role through the following missions:


Training management:


Study of customer specifications and operational objectives

Auditing and challenging training programs (modules, curricula, tools, etc.)

Development of training programs

Design of industry-specific training programs for the Travel & Automotive sector

Defining the training policy and its scope

Overhaul of professional training programs

Development of new training techniques and educational concepts

Monitoring innovations in terms of content creation tools (articulate, Storiz…)

Quality management:


Development of the quality improvement plan in collaboration with the operational teams and the Travel & Mobility management

Measuring the effectiveness of the quality action plan using KPIs defined for the project in question

Customer relationship management:


Preparation for and participation in meetings with the client/contractor

Acting as an expert advisor during pre-sales or the implementation of new activities

Team management:


Animation and skills development
