Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with the quality objectives defined by the quality sector management with the operational sector management, and make the necessary corrections in case of deviation from these objectives;
To measure the quality of products and services provided by the sector in relation to defined objectives, and to ensure reporting;
Ensure the appropriation of the Safran AEROSYSTEMS Quality policy and the rules of quality management;
Propose process improvements when necessary;
To deploy daily awareness and training actions related to the application of quality rules;
Ensure compliance of practices with Safran AEROSYSTEMS procedures and customer specifications;
Conduct audits of its primary (Product/Process, postal audits, ) ;
Contribute to the Safran AEROSYSTEMS MOROCCO audit plan;
Promote, facilitate, and/or manage prevention, correction, and improvement through recognized approaches and methodologies (5 Whys, 8Ds, FMEAs, SPCs).
Desired Candidate Profile
Holding a Master's degree (Bac+5) and with over 5 years of experience in quality management, the candidate will ensure that quality objectives are met, processes are compliant, and customer satisfaction is maintained. They will contribute to continuous improvement, lead quality initiatives and audits, and guarantee the application of Safran Aerosystems standards.
