Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Monitor the conformity of the manufacturing process and intervene in the event of internal or external deviation or failure to achieve the objectives set through the facilitation of problem-solving groups.
Among Your Roles :
- Study, interpret, and apply specific customer requirements.
- Lead the problem-solving process.
- Be responsible for ensuring compliance with product requirements and have the authority to stop production and shipping.
- Communicate with the customer and provide timely feedback, ensuring compliance with customer expectations.
- Monitor various VOP or VOC indicators and raise awareness of risks or deviations, leading the entire multidisciplinary approach to rectify the situation.
- Participate in APQP phase transitions.
- Participate in system release meetings and raise awareness of non-feasibility.
- Participate in process FMEA analysis meetings.
- Participate in feasibility study meetings.
- Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with monitoring plans.
Your background :
Engineering degree in (Industrial Engineering; Manufacturing;)
1 - 3 years of experience in a similar position in ndustry
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Good verbal and written communication in English
