Study, interpret and apply specific customer requirements. - Manage the problem-solving process. - Be responsible for compliance with product requirements and have the authority to stop production and shipping. - Communicate with the customer and provide timely feedback, ensuring the application and compliance with customer expectations. - Monitor the various VOP or VOC indicators and alert in the event of risk or deviation by leading the entire multidisciplinary approach to reestablish the situation. - Participate in the passage of APQP phases. - Participate in system release meetings and alert in the event of non-feasibility. - Participate in process AMDEC analysis meetings. - Participate in feasibility study meetings. - Develop, implement and ensure compliance with monitoring plans.

Define, implement and qualify the resources needed to ensure process monitoring. - Create and communicate PPAP files to customers. - Participate in internal audits and monitor recommended actions. - Train and coach quality supervisors/auditors. - Lead problem-solving groups following customer or internal complaints and monitor defined actions, and communicate 8D reports (including the response on current internal/customer portals: e.g. Q-Sys, KPM, etc.) - Prepare customer audits, develop and monitor action plans. - Analyze the effectiveness of filters and propose actions. - Develop the instructions and procedures required for the workstation. - Maintain qualitative performance indicators. Analyze indicator levels and propose actions. - Ensure customer security during process deviations. - Supervise the product audit program and complete with PDCAs to address failures and propose improvements at the product and process level. - Ensure compliance with work procedures and SOPs (Process Operating Specifications). - Supervise and coordinate the various monitoring routines on the shopfloor. - Develop staff development plans in consultation with the Human Resources department. - Participate in the training of Aptiv staff (supervisors, auditors, technicians, etc.). - Ensure the application of pre-planning procedures (Board definition, ROB definition, P4A S, PFMEA Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, etc.). - Manage the versatility of the teams in question and the monitoring of appropriate workloads. - Ensure compliance with quality standards - Ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety standards - Alert in the event of an incident related to health / safety / environment. - Propose improvements to the health, safety and environment management system. - Manage a KAIZEN project / 1 year - Promote the continuous improvement approach through the submission of IMS and Good catch - Develop and respect the Leader Standard Work model
