Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer with a strong mechanical engineering background to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control processes, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a deep understanding of mechanical systems and a passion for excellence.



Desired Candidate Profile

Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures for incoming, in-process, and final inspection.

· Perform thorough Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformances, customer complaints, and internal audit findings.

· Conduct regular Quality Auditing of internal processes and Supplier Quality Engineering assessments to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

· Read and interpret complex Engineering Drawings, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), and specifications to ensure product conformity.

· Utilize SPC (Statistical Process Control) methods to monitor process stability, identify trends, and reduce variability in Manufacturing Processes.

· Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to address quality issues, improve product design for manufacturability, and support new product introduction (NPI).

· Manage the calibration of measuring and test equipment and maintain quality records and documentation.

· Interface with customers and suppliers to resolve quality-related matters and ensure satisfaction.
