Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities:

Job Requirements:

  • Able to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in order to meet established deadlines.
  • Able to work and communicate effectively with all levels of colleagues, superiors/managers and otherbr> external contacts.
  • HSE Responsible for personal safety & safe working practices for all activities undertaken by GETbr> operations.
  • Help and assist in raising of HSE tickets for on-ground incidents and coordination among thebr> concerned Crew and client team for incident investigation, establishing the root causes and closure ofbr> the agreed corrective actions
  • Respond to & act as prime contact person for handing any Emergency Situation involving ourbr> employees/crew through on ground support
  • Help QHSE team in finalizing the required PPE for crew / FTE while coordinating with local vendorsbr> and help on locating vendors
  • Advise QHSE team in any critical change in legal / regulatory requirements etc.
  • Conducting regular meetings with Clients on QHSE activities
  • Conducting site visits for all clients
  • Convey any QHSE feedback received from crew or client to QHSE team for further action
  • Facilitating / Conducting safety meetings and actions on SOC s (Safety Observation Cards)
  • Facilitating / conducting monthly QHSE review meetings
  • Assisting the central QHSE team to complete any related tasks for local site or/and other geographies
  • Gathering information from all crew on their HSE participation while working with clients
  • Conducting HSE inspections in workshop, GET accommodation & site
  • Assisting the site manager in Vehicle safety management including inspection records, Journeybr> management records, maintenance records and fuel consumption etc.
  • Planning and conducting periodic internal audits of the QHSE system implementation and actions onbr> the findings
  • Planning and conducting periodic QHSE audits of the vendors and tracking the actions on the findings
  • Monitoring the site specific QHSE objectives
  • Conducting & assisting in QHSE trainings for employees and crew
  • QMS Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system

  • Operational HSE experience in Oil & Gas industry
  • Mandatory safety Trainings including FA, FF, H2S etc.
  • HSE qualification like NEBOSH IGC, ISO auditor
  • Knowledge of working with ERP, MS office and SharePoint

Experience

  • Background experience in QHSE preferred within Oil & Gas industry
  • Experience in working with ISO Standards would be preferred
  • Knowledge of ISO Audit and QMS / HSE Experience is an advantage
  • Able to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in order to meet established deadlines
  • Able to work and communicate effectively with all levels of colleagues, superiors/managers and otherbr> external contacts
  • Min 4 years of experience full time
