Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality inspections for aluminium, UPVC, glass doors, windows, and fa ade fitting works.
- Inspect incoming materials to ensure compliance with approved specifications and standards.
- Monitor installation activities for proper alignment, leveling, fixing, sealing, and finishing.
- Verify dimensions, tolerances, and workmanship during fabrication and site installation.
- Ensure correct use of hardware, accessories, sealants, and glazing materials.
- Identify defects, non-conformance issues, and coordinate corrective actions with site teams.
- Prepare snag lists and monitor rectification works until completion.
- Perform final inspections before handover to clients or consultants.
- Maintain quality control reports, checklists, inspection records, and documentation.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure all works comply with approved shop drawings and project specifications.
- Monitor health, safety, and quality standards during installation activities.
- Attend site meetings and provide quality updates when required.
- Support continuous improvement in workmanship and installation quality.
- Ensure timely completion of inspections to meet project deadlines.
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience in QC for Aluminium / UPVC / Glass works.
Strong knowledge of doors, windows, fa ade fitting, and finishing standards.
Experience in site inspections and quality documentation.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Ability to join immediately is mandatory.
