Individually Perform LPT, VT, Crack mapping, Serial number record, job number, Dimensional inspection and issue the Incoming inspection

Prepare Incoming & final reports soft copies for further approval

Maintain all records with Hard & soft copies

Assistance to qualify WPS, PQR, WPQ qualification

Should be familiar with coordinating with third party inspection agencies related to repairs/quality verification.

Familiar with WPS, PQR, WPQ procedures and formats.

Familiar with ISO Audits and EHS

Should be experienced and have knowledge on GT components inspection, vacuum furnace procedures (Heat treatment processes), Plasma coating procedures inspection and quality standards including Welding

Should be familiar with the raw material and consumable being used and familiar with the specifications in order to ascertain the suitability to use. (Validity, Expiry date etc.)

Should be familiar with the applicable assembly procedures of components.

Should have independently performed Gas turbine components inspections and be familiar with the repair procedures

Should be familiar with inspection methodology to record the history and serial numbers on components

Should be capable of filling in dimensional reports as per the specified Repair standards

Should possess good communication skills to follow written/verbal instructions accurately and point out potential problems in advance

Responsible for completion of log books and performing daily checks to maintain the reports along with all the related Documentation.
