Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Participate in the implementation, monitoring and improvement of the quality management system (QMS).

  • Ensure that processes comply with the requirements of applicable standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of internal and external audits.
  • Collect, analyze and monitor quality indicators and non-conformities.
  • Write and update quality documentation (procedures, forms, operating methods, records).
  • In-depth knowledge of ISO standards and quality tools (5M, Ishikawa, PDCA, FMEA).
  • Mastery of quality control and audit procedures.
  • Proficient in English, French, and Arabic.
  • Proficiency in using computer tools.
  • Serious and punctual.
