Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Participate in the implementation, monitoring and improvement of the quality management system (QMS).
- Ensure that processes comply with the requirements of applicable standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Assist in the preparation and execution of internal and external audits.
- Collect, analyze and monitor quality indicators and non-conformities.
- Write and update quality documentation (procedures, forms, operating methods, records).
- In-depth knowledge of ISO standards and quality tools (5M, Ishikawa, PDCA, FMEA).
- Mastery of quality control and audit procedures.
- Proficient in English, French, and Arabic.
- Proficiency in using computer tools.
- Serious and punctual.
