Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to oversee and continuously improve quality systems within our cigarette manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will ensure products meet internal standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations while driving a culture of quality and compliance across the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) for cigarette production

  • Ensure compliance with local and international tobacco regulations and quality standards

  • Monitor raw materials, in-process production, and finished product quality

  • Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement continuous improvement initiatives

  • Work closely with production, maintenance, and procurement teams to resolve quality issues

  • Prepare quality reports and documentation for management and regulatory bodies
