Quality and food safety system management

• Establish, implement and improve the quality and food safety management system.
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards and frameworks (HACCP, ISO 22000, BRC, IFS, etc.).
• Ensure product compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
• Develop and monitor quality and hygiene procedures.

Quality control & hygiene

• Supervise quality controls of raw materials, work-in-progress and finished products.
• To monitor the application of good hygiene and manufacturing practices.
• Manage microbiological and physicochemical analyses.
• Ensure product traceability monitoring.

Non-conformity management

• Identify and analyze non-conformities.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions.
• To ensure the processing of customer and supplier complaints.
• Participate in the management of product withdrawals or recalls if necessary.

Audits & certifications

• Organize and manage internal and external audits.
• Prepare for inspections by health authorities.
• To ensure the maintenance of quality and food safety certifications.

Training & awareness

• Train staff on hygiene, quality and food safety rules.
• Raise awareness among teams regarding HACCP requirements and best practices.
• Promote a culture of quality and food safety.
