Roles & Responsibilities

QUALITY MANAGER

Responsible for the preparation, implementation, and monitoring of the programme quality plan to ensure the delivery of works that meet the required standards and specifications;
Ensures that Projects constructed are as per specification;
Overall responsibility for Quality Control & Quality Assurance for all relevant activities within the Project Department;
Manage and ensure that Quality principles are incorporated and applied;
Identify, develop, and promote Programme and Project required Quality polices
Minimum of 15 years post graduate experience with experience in major infrastructure /Roads /Highways projects or programmes;
Expertise in the Qatar construction market;
Lead and manage a QA/QC team to successfully deliver the program to the required quality standards;
Develop, implement, and monitor the Program Quality plan;
Support all consultants and contractors in the implementation of Quality plans and procedures and the monitoring of their performance on all Quality matters;
Develop and implement audit schedules and plans, including unannounced visits;
Coordinate and manage any 3rd party audits as required;
Demonstrable track record in the delivery of large multidisciplinary projects;
Well-versed in quality improvement techniques, resolving issues, carrying out root cause analysis, and non-conformance investigations;
Technically proficient in all aspects of Quality
