Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems in alignment with industry standards and company objectives.
  • Lead and mentor the quality assurance and quality control teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement to ensure consistent product excellence.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections of processes, products, and facilities to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and R&D, to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Establish and maintain documentation for quality procedures, policies, and standards, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Manage customer complaints and feedback, investigating root causes and driving effective resolution strategies.
  • Coordinate training programs to enhance quality awareness and best practices across the organization.
  • Prepare and present detailed quality reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and improvement plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to ensure ongoing compliance and competitiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 5 years of experience in quality management, quality assurance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing quality management systems within a manufacturing, agricultural, or related environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of relevant quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
  • Experience in conducting audits, inspections, and root cause analyses.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
  • Proficiency in using quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
