We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Quality Manager to ensure procedures are followed and quality is guaranteed. You will discuss reports with the Team Manager and make adjustments where necessary. In this role, you will work closely with your colleagues in the call center and with the customer's quality manager.

Your profile:

• You speak fluent Dutch. English and French are a significant plus.
• You have at least 5 years of work experience in a managerial position, preferably in the contact center industry.
• You can empathize with others and want to make others better.
• You have good numerical insight and analytical skills.
• You're stress-resistant and can easily plan and organize your tasks. You keep an eye on your goals and think in terms of solutions.
• You work proactively and independently, you have a hands-on mentality and are decisive.
• You are proficient in standard MS Office tools and you can easily master various internal applications and systems.

Your responsibilities:

• Boosting performance: Partner and consult with operational management to conduct a quantitative and qualitative performance analysis.
• Provide quality solutions to improve performance based on KPIs.
• Attend monthly calibrations with Team Manager to assess team performance.
• Applying calibration to the team. Managing these sessions and ensuring everyone scores according to the guidelines.
• Developing team members: observing team members' performance, providing feedback, and coaching individuals to grow and develop.
• Through Business Reviews you discuss current performance with the customer and make plans for the future.
