Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Quality Manager
Participate in the development of the UO's annual progress plan
Develop and maintain the UO Quality Management System
Ensure adherence to the internal quality audit schedule: Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of the QMS through audits.
Ensure the necessary arrangements are in place for handling product-related non-conformities (suppliers, customers, internal).
Put in place the necessary arrangements to prevent any delivery to the Customer of non-conforming products, or to stop a production line if deemed necessary (internal risk or Customer).
To be the guarantor, with its delegates, of the conformity of the delivered products and their seaworthiness when required.
Monitor the implementation of actions resulting from the various action plans, including monitoring external 8Ds.
To guarantee the quality results of the UO
Maintaining trusting relationships with customer control and quality representatives and monitoring bodies (maintaining our approvals, certifications, etc.)
