Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred with clinical Background.

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a clinical setting, with experience in Healthcare Audits and Data Validation

Skills:

  • An Understanding of continuous quality improvement planning
  • Knowledge of Accreditation
  • Demonstrates strong interaction and communication skills
  • Strong command of English Language oral and written

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Jawda KPIs and performance monitoring
  • In-depth understanding and implementation of Department of Health (DOH) Standards Abu Dhabi
  • Experience in regulatory compliance, audits, and accreditation processes (e.g., JCI)
  • Ability to analyze data, identify gaps, and lead quality improvement initiatives
  • Familiarity with patient safety goals, risk management, and incident reporting systems
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
