Quality & Patient Safety Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensures compliance with accreditation, regulatory, and patient safety standards
• Develops and monitors quality improvement and risk management programs
• Conducts audits, assessments, and performance evaluations
• Leads incident investigations and Root Cause Analyses (RCA)
• Identifies risks and implements preventive and corrective actions
• Collaborates with Infection Control and Health & Safety teams
• Provides training and education on quality and patient safety practices
• Analyzes data and performance indicators to drive improvement initiatives
• Participates in tracer activities and hospital committees
• Supports development of policies, procedures, and best practices

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, nursing, public health, biomedical sciences, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management, risk management, or patient safety
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of healthcare quality standards (MOPH, JCI preferred)
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with RCA, safety event classification, and QI tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data dashboards
• Fluency in Arabic and English
