Roles & Responsibilities

Quality Pilot


The project quality pilot is involved in all phases of a project, from industrial development to series production. They ensure the implementation of standards and provide support to the project manager and the project quality manager.

Its purpose is:

  • Monitor the evolution of APQP/PPAP
  • Managing the issues
  • Managing faults

Cross-cutting skills:

  • Analytical mind
  • Critical thinking
  • Stress and conflict management
  • Communication skills
  • Fluent in French and English, Spanish is an asset.

Desired Candidate Profile

Holding a Master's degree (or equivalent) in industrial engineering, and ideally with at least one year of experience in the automotive industry, you possess the following skills:

  • PLM
  • APQP
  • PPAP
  • Excel
  • Automotive industry
  • Project management
  • Quality Management
  • Management of technical issues and risks
  • Reporting
  • Facilitating meetings
  • Power BI
